What You'll Do & What You Bring

As our HVAC Installation Manager, you’ll lead multiple skilled installation teams, drive results, and ensure top-quality work on every job. You’ll work closely with leadership to set goals, manage schedules, review job details, and keep projects running efficiently.

To succeed, you’ll need a strong residential HVAC background, a CT S1, S2, S9, or S10 license, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience. You’re someone who can motivate a team, track performance, and make process improvements when needed. Strong communication, customer focus, and leadership by example are a must. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
